Any order can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There are extended times during holiday seasons. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

VANILLASAND is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Your order number can be found in the upper corner in your confirmation email. If you are looking at your packing slip, you also find it. Pack your stuff and send to: Vanilla Sand UG, Hegaustrasse 25, 76199 Karlsruhe, Germany.

Refunds are issued, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
