Welcome to the Vanilla Sand website. By accessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are in Euros and are inclusive 19% VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside EU will be charged by us for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs may be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.
Insurance and Delivery
Vanilla Sand insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified desired delivery address.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information and ensures full security while being transmitted via the Internet. Unauthorised persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
