When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (World Oceam Day / Summer Sale) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimate?
Shipping estimates are provided by DEUTSCHE POST and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays during exceptional times.
How does international shipping work?

We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Taxes, duties and international processing will be assessed and collected at checkout.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees at checkout ?
Our prices do not include taxes and duties. VAT or other applicable taxes based on the country you are shopping from/shipping to are added once you enter your address at checkout.
What is carbon-free shipping?
Since we are a sustainable brand, we ensure that our shipping is also earth-friendly. Carbon-free shipping is the greenhouse gas emission-friendly choice.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. In case you filled in your phone number at your cart check-out, you will get a message from DHL. To ensure the safety of orders, you can require a signature upon delivery for your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
This is not standard. If you wish though, leave us a note.
How do I track my order?

To lookup the status of your order, log in to your VANILLASAND account. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders. Click the “View Order” link to the right of the order you wish to track.

You can view order details and track your order by clicking the “Track Your Order” link.

How do I return an item?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Not at this time. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
All orders are shipped plastic free in organic cotton bags packaging and recycled paper boxes sealed with paper tape. Our shipping labels are biodegradable.
