We’re Working on Our First Reformer Mat (Thoughts?)

It’s still in the “are we actually doing this?” phase — but we’re close enough that we want to open the process and get your opinion before we put it out into the world.

Current idea:
A thin, light, minimal reformer mat.
Not bulky. Not over-engineered. Something you can actually carry to class, keep in your bag, or travel with.

The kind of mat that:
• adds a clean layer between you and the machine
• improves grip a bit
• feels nice but doesn’t change the practice
• and doesn’t scream “extra equipment”

Basically: very Vanilla Sand.

We actually tested an early version at our recent event at Elevate, and it was one of those quiet upgrades that just made the practice feel better — cleaner, more comfortable, more personal. It slipped easily into a tote, didn’t get in the way, and after class we didn’t want to go back to the bare reformer.

We’re now thinking about doing this as a small first batch / pre-order, to see if there’s real demand before we go all in.

So before we decide:
Would you actually use your own reformer mat?
Would you carry it to class?
And do you prefer thin & light over thick & padded?

No polished launch yet. No fake hype.
Just us, testing an idea with the people who actually move with us.

As always — we’d rather build with you than just sell to you.
